Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change following an in-home assessment. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Workmanship is covered by our limited lifetime labor warranty as described in your project agreement. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Full warranty terms are set out in your signed documentation.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that Phase One Home Remodeling may send you recurring transactional text messages about your project, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and crew updates, billing and payment notices, and material delivery notifications.
