Eian grew up in Austin and served in the Army as a Cavalry Scout before he ever set foot on a roof. He started NineLine Roofing from nothing, and Phase One came out of what that taught him: the part homeowners hate about remodeling usually isn't the work, it's everything around it. The runaround, the price that moves, the crew nobody warned you about.

So he built the company he'd want to hire. He's still in the field and still on the crew schedule, and the number on this site reaches someone who can actually make a decision. He's an operator, not an investor who writes a check and disappears, and he'd rather show you the work than talk about it.

Amari is a Golden Door winner, an award you earn in the field rather than behind a desk, and he runs the revenue side of Phase One. The Advertising Home Program is his: if your neighborhood comes up in a campaign and your home gets selected, that's his call and his standard.

He also owns quality control, ethics, and compliance across the sales team. In plain terms, he decides where the line is and makes sure nobody steps over it to close a deal. In an industry that earned its reputation the hard way, that job matters more than it sounds like it should.
